Paper Mario games ranking (from worst to best) | MK.

It's been a month since the release of Paper Mario: The Origami King So today I'm going to rank all the Paper Marios from worst to best considering the story, gameplay and music Here we go! Number 6: Paper Mario: Sticker Star I guess many already saw this coming. Sticker star is a great game for Nintendo 3DS, but clearly not the best And there is a particular reason: The gameplay Paper Mario is known as one of the best RPGs in the series But, the battle was somewhat tedious You have to collect stickers to use them in you fight over and over again It means that if you are in a battle without any stickers you are in big trouble! The story is fine. It is not the best. In fact, there are no unique characters here You only have one partner but it really doesn't help much This game was going to follow the classic RPG style But Miyamoto wasn't happy making the game very similar to The Thousand-Year Door The story was going to be longer But the team focused on combat. You may hate it, or love it, but let's be honest it's not the best game.

Number 5: Color Splash Since Sticker Star was not appreciated The fans had no hope of the next game And why was that? I do not know you tell me. The main reason was again ... The gameplay We don't use any more stickers but instead we use cards to fight! Fun fact: Cards have the same use as stickers but now you have to paint them before attacking. You can also paint walls, trees, and more. There is another thing that fans did not like and that was the white line. The famous white line that you see in the following games started here. They also included 2D characters using sprites instead of 3D models. Some like it, some don't. The main reason they added this was because it is "Paper" Mario since the game is based on a paper world. This was one of my favorite Wii U games. But since it didn't follow the classic RPG style of the first game, the fans didn't enjoy it.

Number 4: The Origami King This game was the last hope for the series to return to the classic RPG style. In fact, we had something similar. The gameplay was much better than the last 2 games. You no longer had to use cards or stickers. Now you had to select which ring you wanted to move. This ring will let us move the enemy and regroup them to attack them with a jump, item or hammer. With a perfect alignment your attack increases and for bosses, you have to get closer to attack. Instead of painting as in Color Splash we have to use confetti to restore certain areas. We also have to save Toads who will eventually join the crowd of each fight to help you. We also have partners here but not in the same way as before. We can't control them but they are useful. The story and the music is great. Paper Characters vs Origami And the need to unite with Bowser's army is great! Number 3: Super Paper Mario You may be wondering why? It's obviously one of the best Wii games but it's no longer RPG. All battles are in real time. The best thing about this is the fact of being able to switch between the 2D and 3D world We can play as Mario, Peach Luigi and even Bowser They have unique abilities including the companions called Pixelitos The downside of this is that you have to use only the Wii Remote AND the D -Pad wasn't that comfortable. I wish there was an option to play it with the Nunchuck or the Classic Controller. This game was going to support the Gamecube controller because the game was originally developed for the Gamecube. The story and the music is great. It was the last Paper Mario with unique characters so it makes the game very special. The game runs at 60FPS and uses 3D characters making the game look amazing.

Number 2: Paper Mario 64 The first of the saga. All the enemies are from the main series making the game great. I am currently working on Paper Mario 64 HD. You can enter my channel to find more information.

Number 1: Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door The best game in the series being a direct sequel to Paper Mario 64 It is my favorite game of all the Paper Marios and I loved it when I played it The graphics, the gameplay, the story, the companions Basically EVERYTHING made this game the winner The gameplay is similar to the previous one except that the battle takes place on a stage in front of a stage and sometimes you can interact with them. There are transformations that allow Mario to be something like an origami to pass certain puzzles. There are a lot of unique characters, even each Toad has his own style. Each chapter has its own story involved in the main one. There are exciting scenes and dark moments. This is the last game where you can level up your items like hammer and boots forever. One of the best chapters is when Mario participates in a tournament with different enemies who have their own abilities following certain rules to win. This game runs at 60FPS making a masterpiece for Nintendo Gamecube. There is a lot to talk about this game but I don't have to spoil you. If you haven't played this game before you should do it NOW.
