Ragnarök is coming! In Blood Rage, the digital adaptation of the hit strategy board game created by Eric Lang, you lead a proud Viking clan in their final fight for glory and the right of passage to Valhalla before the world finally comes to its fiery conclusion.

Take command of one of seven proud Viking Clans roaming the land of Midgard. Challenge up to four other clans in single player against AI or in online multiplayer. As the leader of a clan, your goal is to achieve the greatest amount of glory before the end of the third and final age.

In these twilight hours, the gods grant gifts to each Viking clan. At the beginning of each age, three types of gifts are available to draft: Upgrade, quest and battle cards. However, each god is generous in their own way: Frigga provides resources and support, Tyr strengthens your clan in battle, while Loki rewards losing battles or punishes the opposing winner.

Drafting gifts from a god will determine the strategy you want to implement. Choose your cards wisely or deprive your opponents of precious gifts. Will you be a ferocious warlord, waging war by both land and sea? Seeking to earn glory through victory in battle, using mythical creatures and devastating battle cards.

Will you be an opportunistic tactician, taking advantage of upgrade cards to support rapid invasion and pillage to strengthen your three resources tracks. Will you be the mightiest conqueror who ever stepped on Midgard? Occupying the regions surrounding Yggdrasil with your leaders and warriors to fulfil the gods’ quests.

Or will you be a trickster chieftain? Benefiting from the hidden battle card mechanic to steal precious resources, or taking part in combat to sacrifice your troops on purpose to send them to Valhalla… Plan your age accordingly but be ready to adapt to your opponents’ choices.

The only losing strategy in Blood Rage is to cower from combat. To perish in battle is a noble end for any Viking, but dying from Ragnarök is the most honorable death of all, bringing glory to your clan. Life is fleeting... But glory is eternal! The final battle before the end of the world starts soon.
