Valorant Review A good competitor for Counter Strike.

Oh my friends, hello ... It's a difficult business to play cybersport games. It's one thing to go through a storyline, but what kind of nerds are sitting in Valoranta, ogogo ... And how many frankly inept players because of whom all desire to continue the game disappears.

Even though I don’t play these games at all, I’ve played better than many. And this is just a beta, a closed beta - I think too many people got to it. But nothing, so at least the bugs were caught and everything will be fine by release. And yes, thank you kind man Lesha Kudryavtsev for the account with the game.

Without you, this video would not have been) The main thing I want to say about Valorant is that it is unlikely that he will become a KS: GO killer, at least in our region. We have all got used to the Contra since childhood and something else is perceived as difficult.

A year ago, he had great chances to become much more popular, but as soon as the COP became free everything ... But as for me, there is hope. I think a lot of Overwatch players should switch to Valorant, and it's not just the graphics, which are really very similar, but also the battle mechanics.

A considerable part of the battle is tied precisely to the use of the special abilities of each character. They are all different, and until I started playing, it seemed to me that some forces were very immoral and there was definitely no salvation against them.

For example, it seemed dishonest to me that Brimstone could send a huge flow of energy to the map, being in another part of the map or the Owl's ability to see and shoot through the walls. Partly I still think so, but with less certainty. The fact is that at first I paid little attention to abilities, and in vain.

As soon as I figured out how the skills of my two main characters work, and I played only two, because I didn't have enough time for more, the whole game changed dramatically. Honestly, in the first four fights, I generally only interfered with everyone else.

But playing the sixth fight, I could already lay Spike and even managed to protect him several times until the end of the match. It is clear that I played with the same newcomers as I was myself, but I can see how my abilities grow, how I remember the map and the ways of movement opponents on it.

It’s cool, but not cool that all the other allies were blunt at the beginning of the game, and remained blunt after half an hour. And I didn’t like that many very strange characters simply disconnect from the game and you have to end the game with three against five ...

This already seemed to me a disadvantage. I hope these players will be banned or punished somehow. But there were also some pleasant moments. Once I got into an excellent team, with which we were able to work together in a couple of fights and confidently hold on to the very finals.

True, we could not win. The score was 11:13, but the game was the best. After that, a player from the team asked me to be my friend - by the way, the best player. So I can at least do something) It's nice. But let me tell you about the part of the players that the game is really aimed at.

They are actually the most reckless. It's no secret that Valorant is primarily intended to compete with CS: The same 5v5 matches with a bomb, the same rules, and the same weapons. And even the management has not changed in comparison with the counter.

That is, everyone who is already good at playing counter, feel great in Valorant even without using their abilities. At the same time, they can save money, albeit a little. There are many such players, but to be honest, they are unlikely to be able to hold out for a long time without abilities.

And when they start using them, then everyone, khana ... And this, of course, I like the game and not like it. On the one hand, it has a great future, because the influx of players is very large from a very similar game, which, by the way, is already a little outdated and everyone wanted some kind of update that Ryot provided them in time.

I really hope that Valorant will not become just a new CS. I want new, young players to have a chance to learn how to play and make their way to tournaments. And there will definitely be tournaments. I can already say with confidence that it was more interesting for me to play Valorant than in KS.

Which I ran briefly to compare. Another, as for me, a cool thing in Valoranta was the combat start system. In contrast, you had to skimp in a certain amount of time and start spreading around the map from one point at the beginning of the match. And in Valoranta, you have a whole set of points from which you can start a match.

And it almost always begins with a fight. In the case of the so-called terrorists, you need to predict the most free point for installing Spike, and in the case of operatives, you need to try to guess which path the terrorists will take and try to quickly intercept and kill everyone.

The battle takes only 100 seconds, which adds dynamics to the game and you never stand and do not stupid for a long time with the team. Here you need to prepare well in 20 seconds and give it to everyone for 100 seconds ... In general, will I constantly play Valorant? Hardly, after all, the game is not for me.

But when asked what kind of game it is, I will definitely say that it is good. She's just not the kind I like. But from a technical point of view, it is simply excellent. Even at the beta stage, I didn't have to wait for a match for several minutes. There was no need to suffer from ping and lags ..
