MY TEAM for the CROWN TUNDRA! Pokemon Sword and Shield Breakdown!.

There are so many epic Pokemon returning in the Crown Tundra. Let's pick our team for the DLC. What is going on Youtube. It's your boy Dan, aka "aDrive". I brought you guys a brand new video today. Today, we're gonna jump into our team for the Crown Tundra DLC.

I admittedly was caught off guard by the release date. It's October 22nd which is a little bit sooner than I initially anticipated. I thought it was coming out in November, but I'm very excited for the Crown Tundra and with some of the new Pokemon revealed and what we have from Datamine leaks.

We have a pretty comprehensive list of the Pokemon that are gonna be available in the Crown Tundra as part of the DLC. We know all the Legends are returning. We've seen a handful of Pokemon, and I am going to be constructing my team of six Pokemon that I hope to utilized in the Crown Tundra.

You don't wanna miss our incredible Crown Tundra coverage that we're gonna have here in the channel. So, make sure guys subscribe if you haven't yet. I little warning, we're gonna have some leaks in this video as I talk about some Pokemon that haven't been officially shown.

Just an FYI, if you want to give me your thoughts, I love, love, love to see what you guys plan to bring in the Crown Tundra. You can let me know in the comment section below. I can't wait to go through and read your responses, but I'm gonna breakdown the six 'Mons that I'm most excited for for the Crown Tundra DLC.

Let's rock! Right here is a list of the Pokemon that we know are gonna be in the Crown Tundra DLC, through a Datamine leak. My editor KG is gonna encircle the Pokemon that have been revealed most recently. And, the Pokemon that are grayed out are not actually been officially confirmed, but we're gonna assume that this list is pretty accurate.

The first Pokemon that I plan to bring to the Crown Tundra or prioritize in the Crown Tundra is none other than Crobat. Crobat might be a suprising pick for many of you guys, but I actually love Crobat. I was one of those guys that like never hated Zubat or Golbat.

When Crobat was introduced in Generation 2, I loved that thing. It's probably in my top 5 Pokemon that are not Bug types for sure. I love its Shiny despite the fact that I generally don't like the pink Shinies, because I love the green on it too. It's got that pink and green.

That Shiny form is sick. So, I'm definitely prioritizing trying to get myself a Shiny Crobat. I love it from a competitive standpoint. Poison and Flying is such a good defensive typing. It's able to take on things like Ground moves which Poison types otherwise struggle with.

It can take on Fighting types really well. It's just overall an incredible Pokemon with a blistering Speed stat at base 130. We actually saw in the trailer using the move "Tailwind" which could be really cool when it comes to VGC competitive battling.

Especially since Crobat has been known to have a like kind of myriad of different tech moves like Icy Wind and even Heat Wave and things like that. There's some really cool things that Crobat can do. I think he gets Icy Wind. You might want to fact check that one.

But, there's a lot of things that this thing can do. It's a really fun Pokemon to utilize whether it's like an offensive Brave Bird set or a Nasty Plot set or even kind of hitting that YOLO button trying to hit hypnosis. There's a lot of cool things you can do with Crobat.

Again, with that Speed stat, the pure, the Flying and Poison typing. It just makes it a super awesome pick in my opinion. I'll be real. This next Pokemon I'm still torn on it. I have to decide between one of two things. In terms of the new Legendary Birds, the Galarian Zapdos, Moltres, and Articuno.

I know I'm gonna want to have one of them in my team. Articuno has always been my favorite of the Legendary Bird Trio. I do quite like Articuno's Galarian form design, but I have to say, the roadrunner Zapdos looks incredibly awesome. I'm having a hard time deciding between the two.

Do I want the roadrunner Zapdos? Or do I want to have the Articuno? I'm not sure yet, but I think at this point in time, I'm gonna declare that Articuno, Galarian Articuno is gonna be my choice for the Birds. I just feel like that Pyschic-Flying typing is really cool.

Even though it will be another Flying type, I'm not really worried about type coverage. It's not a big deal. I know we're in the Crown Tundra. There probably some Ice types to deal with, but I'm not stressing about it man. You'll see I have a Pokemon that I'll be able to deal with that pretty well, as we move forward here.

Ultimately, I just think this thing's design is super duper cool. I love that it's got that like those laser beam that it shoots out of its eyes, and it looks so great especially in that footage that we recently saw of it seemingly roaming in the Overworld.

To me, that is so cool and it definitely fits the vibe of the Crown Tundra, with that purple dark mysterious kind of vibe going on. When I initially saw this design, I was blown away. So, I'm gonna say Galarian Articuno is the second Pokemon that I'm bringing in the Crown Tundra DLC.

Now if you know anything about me, and my love for Pokemon, you know that V for Victory or Victini is absolutely at the very top of my list of Mythical Pokemon. Victini has to be on my team. I do have a speculation here. This is actually brought to me by an aDrive army member.

When the Isle of Armor came out, They set a goal and said, "Hey, if you guys do a billion raids or whatever it was, you guys will unlock Shiny Zeraora." I think that it's very likely that they will do the exact same thing with Victini, if we do a certain amount of raids or some sort of online competition as a Pokemon fan base together, they will release Shiny Victini for the first time.

For those who don't know, this is a Pokemon that has never been available Shiny. Much like Keldeo. It is possible that we'd be able to get that beautiful white Victini. Either way, Victini's one of my favorite Pokemon in general. It is so powerful, it has base 100 across the board, and it hit so hard with its signature move "V-create".

I just hope that they give it V-create, because we know V-create's animations is in the game. I'm gonna have my man KG edit V-create right over here, so you could see guys how awesome it looks in game. Man, let me tell you, we got to get ourselves a Victini on the team.

I love this thing. I guess I'm doubling up on typings pretty badly right now, 'cause that's my second Pyschic type. But, I'm not even worried about it, 'cause all we got to do is click V-create and you already know, V for Victory baby. There's a lot of Pseudo-Legendaries that are gonna be coming in the Crown Tundra DLC.

We've got things like Dragonite, and Salemence, and Metagross, and beyond. For me, the number one pick, it's got to be Salamence, man. For those who don't know back in GBA Season 5, the Global Battle Association, Draft League Pokemon, I won the Championship with Airheart.

That was my Salamence, and what an incredible Pokemon this thing was. It's one of my favorite Pseudo-Legends. I think it's gonna be an absolute menace in the competitive metagame. I got a third Flying type guys. What's going on here? Either way, I think this thing's gonna be an absolute menace.

It can hit so hard, Max Airstream under Dynamax is gonna be incredible. Being able to boost its Speed, and with two great abilities, an Intimidate and Moxie, I could see this thing being a massive threat. Can you imagine going for Max Airsteam flies? And getting Attack boost every time you knock something out, because you have the Moxie ability? It's gonna snowball so fast.

This Pokemon's gonna be incredibly powerful. The other thing that I like about Salamence is its movepool, it allows it to potentially be a Special Attacker as well with things like Fire Blast and Hydro Pump. It can also be a decent support Pokemon. It's got Intimidate, it can slow some things down.

That could actually be kind of annoying for opponents to deal with as well. I'm a big Salamence fan, and it's definitely the Pseudo-Legendary that I'm gonna prioritize on my team. I don't know if you guys saw the video, but a few months ago, I actually got multiple Shiny Genesects on Pokemon Go.

While I haven't really played Pokemon Go too much lately, we do know that there's going to be a transfer ability from Pokemon Go to Pokemon Home. There was some whispers about it costing PokeCoins and we believe at this point, you're gonna be able to do it for free, but there's gonna be a cooldown period where you're gonna have to use coins to expedite that process.

Nevertheless, I should be able to get one of my Shiny Genesects over into my main game, so I can use it in the Crown Tundra. Genesect is a Pokemon that probably should be my mascot. I'm aDrive, Genesect uses drives. I've got this super duper cool Shiny Genesect, multiple of them including a flawless 100% "Shundo" Genesect that I caught.

I'll put that video in the description below. You got to see that, but we'll have a clip here as well. Genesect, super duper cool Pokemon. Incredibly strong, hit so hard, and that Techno Blast move can deal so much damage, and the fact that you can change the type of it, just makes it insane.

So, I gotta rep Genesect and my Shiny Genesect that I got in Pokemon Go in the Crown Tundra. No doubt about it. Can you imagine that thing following you? Oh my god. It is gonna be incredible. I told you guys about the first five members of my team, and this last member may shock you a little bit.

It's actually Absol. I think Absol is a super duper cool Pokemon. As a kid, it was actually one of my favorites. The "Destruction" Pokemon, super eerie, super sleek, super edgy design. Incredible. Also, I've used Mega Absol competitively many times. Loved that 'Mon in general.

Absol in general is such a sick Pokemon. It's not that strong, it's got an incredible 130 base Attack, right? So, strong in that regard. It's pretty average otherwise, but using things like Sucker Punch, it could deal massive damage. It's a cool Pokemon to utilize and honestly, it's just there for the cool factor, right? It just looks awesome and I just want to get that blood red Shiny Genesect or Absol so I could match my Shiny Genesect.

Then, I've just got a whole bunch of really cool Shinies on my team. Crobat, Articuno, Victini, Salamence, Genesect, Absol. That's a sick team, don't you think? I think it would be dope, and I am excited for it. That's my squad. The only other thing that I could potentially think about is that maybe I decided to go against Absol, maybe I would throw in one of the Regis.

Maybe Regieleki, maybe Regidrago. I'd probably lean towards Regidrago, 'cause that thing looks pretty dope. And, I like the fact that it was teased for so long like it's like there's that open mouth thing in the what is it, Motostoke? Is it Motosoke? Hammerlock.

It's like the entrance to Hammerlock. That thing's been teased for how long. Now, we actually get this Regi, so that's another Pokemon that I would most certainly consider, but I feel like the first five are locked, and I think Absol is pretty darn epic.

Those are the six Pokemon that I'm thinking about bringing into the Crown Tundra DLC. We've got the homie Articuno, Crobat, Victini, Salamence, Genesect and Absol. I'm very curious as to your thoughts in the comment section below, so let me know which six Pokemon you're most excited about from the leaks and from what has been revealed so far.
