Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 1 & 2: Game Review

Does the shredding get too gnarly in the return of Tony Hawk's Pro Skater? Nah, but there is an exciting new bag of tricks. This update to the iconic skateboarding game tests players' ability to grind, ollie, and kick-flip through various settings around the world.

There's really not a lot to raise eyebrows in this high-flying remake. The action is limited to some big, painful-looking wipeouts, which the skaters brush off without any blood. And yes, some of the background songs have lyrics with offensive language, including references to sex and drugs, but there's nothing too outrageous.
