Disney's Fox Buyout Kills Another Aliens Video Game - IGN Now.

Here's another cool sounding alien's game. You won't get to play. Another casualty of the Disney and Fox acquisition has been revealed, and it is another aliens video game, 30 rounds. Vice President Frederic Schreiber's said on Twitter that his former studio Slip Gate Ironworks was working on an alien's game before was unceremoniously canceled NPG 24 7.

Schriver revealed that the game was to be called Aliens Hadley's hope and he would focus on Up and E! The game would take place on the colony of LV 426 Так Hadley's Hope, a familiar location to Aliens fan where human colonies and colonial marines would work together to defeat numerous alien.

Teamwork among players would be needed to complete various objectives, including egg hunts and going several rounds against cinnabar before taking on the queens themselves. Yeah, an aliens horde mode game sounds really fun. Aliens Hadley's hope isn't the only alien game to be canned due to Disney's buyout fucks few weeks ago.

Luzinski also said via Twitter that his former studio boss T Productions had an alien franchise game in the works. He said, quote, Before Barsky Productions shut down, we were in talks to do a new game and the Aliens franchise with Fox. Then Disney bought them and that got lost in the shuffle.

Darn it, it's really impacted by that last dawn. I know that's really stings. It's not clear how far, you know, game got into pre-production with Schriver only saying that they, quote, went quite far in the pre-production before that Disney Fox acquisition, and then we had to cancel it and move on with something else.

But don't fret if you really want to go to LV 426 and kill civilians. You can always play the award winning game. Aliens, Colonial Marines, you or he takes place on the doomed colony. Now award winning. Or you could just watch aliens in the movie directed by James Cameron.

One of the best movies of all time. I could watch Sigourney Weaver Mech Punch Aliens all day. It's always a bummer when a potentially cool game is cancelled. You always have alien on a tree. Twenty six hundred. An alien on Commodore 64. And who could forget aliens on the M.S.

X? I guess that alien isolation game is pretty good, too. That little game. Yeah. Well, that's problematic. So what about you, agent? Audience Are you cool? The company is constantly pumping out games and movies and TV shows from franchises that are quickly approaching half a century old.

All right. Hold on. Or would you rather let the past die, as Kyl-Lieberman once said, and maybe hope for some new stories with new characters and settings?
